Notes Guy who stripped naked in an airport to protest the TSA found not guilty of indecent exposure
Several months ago, Oregonian John Brennan, while on his way to catch a flight, stripped down completely naked at the security checkpoint to protest the TSA. Brennan was charged with indecent exposure, but a judge found Brennan not guilty, saying that his action was a legally protected protest.
well… that was actually rather unexpected
