Ugh, I’m 3% away from the Red Wedding, according to my Kindle. Don’t know if I can do this. Hardest scene I’ve ever forced myself to get to in a book, even worse than the Battle of Hogwarts because I didn’t know who was going to die then and I still had hope. True, being spoiled has given me time to reconcile with the deaths I know are coming and I know to brace myself for the horror to come, but I know that won’t make reading it any easier. I could skip it, but I’m not going to. I’m a Gryffindor. I’m brave. I can read this part. Doesn’t mean I’m going to like it, though.
